Allow the public to use the CSPD's Firearms Training Facility

The City of Coral Springs has spent millions of tax dollars for improvements to the City of Coral Springs Police Department's Firearm's Training Facility which services less than 230 officers. The Citizens of the City of Coral Springs propose opening this facility on select days to get the maximum use of the millions in tax dollars spent on improvements. This would not only give the City of Coral Springs the opportunity to offset the burden on the tax budget by charging the public for this access but it would also afford the population of the City of Coral Springs a safe place to train themselves to properly use their lawfully owned firearms.

if you are going to own/carry a firearms for defense or shooting for sport or target, proficiency is important and I would rather spend my range fees in the city where I live.
