Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services: Please act to protect Oregon's cancer patients!

    1. Petition by

      Oregon Patient Forum

The Oregon Health Evidence Review Commission approved a new guideline that will deny some coverage of some potentially life-saving treatments to desperate cancer patients.  Right now, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is currently determining if Oregon can move forward with this plan.  Sign the petition now and ask officials at CMS to halt implementation of these new policies!

Because I was a Past Cancer patient and the state of Oregon calls me each yr to see how I am doing. I would be angry of I was to get it again and be denied benefits to fight it. I think this is horrible to do to people, its neglect at the highest.

My mother made the choice to not fight. If someone chooses to fight they deserve the opportunity.
