Attorney General of Georgia: Free Carlton Gary & Michael S Finn Sr

    1. Petition by

      Mark Fuhrman

      Sagle, ID

These two men were wrongly convicted for a serial killer's murders. These men are now serving on death row for crimes they never committed. The real serial killer has now passed away but these men are still suffering.

This is a petition to free these men and make the authorities listen and free these men. The evidence has been investigated by expert and proven that this was a cover up job by the authorities. They framed these two men just to get high closure rates.

Please help these men and sign the petition.

Because my cousin, Linda Viera, asked me to sign it months ago but I just saw it now. And I don't want to see ANY innocent people suffer. Hope it's not too late.

I have known Renata for at least 25 years. She is a very thorough and educated woman.

I lived in Columbus at the time of these murders and remember well the horror and fear. I do not believe Carlton Gary committed these murders. I have read books, articles and listened to friends investigations. It is apparent to me that these men were framed to cover up a local businessman's deeds.

I believe the exhausting research that has been done by this lady supports her opinions that these men are innocent. I also believe the prosecutors withheld critical evidence that would have reflected these men were innocent.

Too many people have been wrongly accused by this local judicial system. It needs to stop!
