      Fayetteville, AR

This is an infringement on our rights as citizens of this great state and of the USA!

The executive order and new laws will not be any more effective than any laws we currently have on the books.

Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe
Arkansas State House
Arkansas State Senate
Ignore Federal Firearm Restrictions!

Follow the lead of the states that already thumb their noses at federal narcotics laws.

Follow the lead of Wyoming (HB0104) and Missouri related to control Federal gun control laws.

You have a duty to represent and protect us as citizens and our rights!

The Federal government is already far too powerful, if the states start standing against all the flim flam bans and regulations, maybe it will help secure another genration of semi-free people.

The Second Amendment does not address target shooting or the personal collecting of firearms. It states that "the US will have a well regulated Militia for the security of a free state and the right of the people to keep and bare arms shall not be infringed upon."

The definition of militia states that it is a military force from the civil population that supplements the military in times of emergency.

Infringement means not to act so as to limit or undermine.

The President and his gun control panel are indeed trying to limit and undermine American's rights as given by the Constitution in the Second Amendment.

Any ban on AR platform rifles or restriction of magazine capacities would be a violation of my Second Amendment rights!
