A foreman juror by the name of Patick O'Brien dismissed a woman's lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild for allegedly video taping her exposed breasts without her consent by simply stating that if she was willing to dance in front of the cameras for them, it was the same as allowing to expose her breasts on camera for them. In the video it is clearly shown that she consistenly says "no" and is forced to have her top pulled to reveal her breasts.

The woman is only referred to as Jane Doe and lost the suit she filed against Girls Gone Wild for $5 million. According to the jury, they believe that just her being at the bar and dancing on film was as much of participation as exposing her breasts. This is clearly not true and she was never given a single consent form.

This is assault and sexist. As she herself said, justice has not been served.
