Andrew Despres has been wrongfully charged. Andrew was charged with trespassing; we are not disputing Andrew's  trespassing, a misdemeanor. We are disputing the perverse part of the situation when he was also charged with carrying ammunition, his belt. The bullet belt anyone can buy for twenty dollars. The ammo wasn't live; it can be sold over the counter to children. It's harmless. He was held in prison, at first, at a five hundred and forty dollar bail. The next morning, he was brought to trial. The bail was set at 50,000 dollars cash. The official charges: "Trespass on state/county property" and "Ammunition without FID card".
