As the saying goes "Sunlight is the best disinfectant", that is not the case with Westboro Baptist Church. The WBC made major headlines with their protest of the funeral of Matthew Sheppard, since then it has been their soul goal to spread pain and suffering across the U.S. The WBC has picketed Hundreds of funerals, including those of our service men and women, the Columbine Massacre Memorial, Rock/Pop Concerts including; The Foo Fighters and Lady Gaga. They have threatened to picket thousands of other tragedies including, most recently the massacre in Aurora, CO. We need to stop paying attention and they will go away. They make a living "suing" people for anything from constitutional infringement to assault. If our media makes them go away by no longer speaking of them or speaking about the people who protect mourning families and friends, they will go away. I'm sorry this will take away some of the sensationalism of your news, but there are plenty of inspirational and positive things that you can report about in their place. PLEASE SIGN MY PETITION TO REQUEST THAT EVERYTHING FROM YOUR LOCAL NEWSPAPERS TO MULTI MILLION DOLLAR NEWS OUTLETS EXILE ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING HAVING TO DO WITH WBC FROM BEING PRODUCED, that is the only way that we can bid farewell to these sad and lonely people.
