Medium-sized dogs now allowed in HDBs but culling still allowed?
In November, a Singaporean minister said during an interview for the Channel 5 News that putting down some stray dogs humanely is inevitable due to the lack of space, homes, etc. However, we believe that putting down ANY animal just because there is no space is not even humane to begin with.
I also ask that you refer to the following article: http://news.asiaone.com/News/AsiaOne%2BNews/Singapore/Story/A1Story20111221-317446.html
Four out of 26 dogs captured will be put down as they are seen as being aggressive. This leads us back to why this petition was even created in the first place - does "aggression" justify this cruel act of culling?
