Standing Together Against Negligent Devs Unfair Practices

As you are aware, the current situation with the Hachiman event is one of dire concern. Many players globally logged on to discover their event either partially unlocked or completely unlocked, while others did not. This has caused much dissatisfaction in the current event, with so many players already having a favourable event result and many teams with favourable event rank. From the start of the event the results are set in stone, what has now transpired is neither fair nor ethical.

As we are informed, the Dawn Of Titans Developers state that it was a problem with their servers that has now resulted in an unfair advantage to many players across the game. The developers posted on their blog that they are aware of the current issue yet are unable to provide compensation for it.

As the last few errors have been occuring rather close together, we are concerned that the Dawn Of Titans Developers are not addressing the underlying issues diligently. This leaves us with a certain uneasiness in trusting their intentions and honesty of their statements.

We are concerned for the rights of the players in our community and seek to find an agreeable solution for all players. We therefore as a community stand together in demanding that all event rewards be immediately unlocked for all players through either a free gift prompt or supplying enough event boosters to complete the event with. Though there is no perfect solution this is the only appropriate resolution at this time. We cannot and will not accept a position of the Devlopment team being "unable to provide any compensation ". We therefore are prepared as a united force to put a moratorium on spending through the entirety of next season. We hope this will be completely unnecessary and that you will find it reasonable to resolve this appropriately.
