The current situation with the Hachiman event is that he has now chosen to offer compensation. We are grateful that you listened to us and, while it is a start, your compensation is very short. It pales in comparison to the monumental mistake that was made and the unsatisfactory way he approached it and the community. Therefore, as a community, we demand an additional compensation package containing a Hachiman, 4 * Earth Drum, 4,000 red gems, and 600 divine gems. This will be considered a final resolution and we can move forward together on this issue. For now, our boycott continues. # standup2dot

We remind you that this is not the first time that a server error has resulted in unfair play and results in an event. In our previous correspondence important issues were highlighted to you. For us, Hachiman is a symptom of a long list of similar broken offerings.

When we see these broken events, titans, maps or other similar issues, we have raised them to receive only an automatic response with no conclusion, no compensation, and no satisfaction. These issues continue to be of great concern to us.We are convinced that you are not addressing the underlying issues and are concerned about where the game is heading.

We continue to care about the rights of the players in our community and are looking for a nice solution. We, as a community, are united in our determination. Again, we strongly request that you connect and communicate with all players in the game in an effective and respectful manner. All doors have been closed for effective, timely and respectful communication.
