We request that TAMPC reject and/or deny the proposed zoning for CASE NUMBER Z-7647. 

Existing zoning: RS-4

Proposed zoning: RM-2 with OPD

This project is proposed for a neighborhood for which it is not zoned and does not fit the building and development style of the homes (which are generally single family units with all brick exterior).

This project would increase traffic, lower property value, and deter the building of single family homes being established.
