Our community can come together to stop the building of 143 Single family homes , I know many neighbors have concerns but we need to make our voice heard , the first step is coming together to stop this so it doesn't disrupt our community , our lives and the safety we have come to know . Not only the resident that have adjoining properties to the proposed construction.

The effect it will have to the Well water 

traffic safety along Edgewood there are already many accidents on this road adding addtional traffic and a neighbor entry on that road could prove dangerous . 

Retention ponds , not only danger for our children but the insects will be a major nuisance 

Our Property values may of us have worked hard to either purchase our homes or have been many years paying them off this development will effect out over all property value 

there are several acres of woods that are proposed to be torn on this will displace much wildlife forcing them into our backyard and homes . 

Noise , I know some members on of our community work from home or our retired the possibility of two+years of building noise disruption our everyday lives ,

The homes proposed could be leased if the property owner decides this would cause the new development to go down hill quick with more foot traffic , people in and out of homes and ultimately a rise in crime . 

Let's come together as a community to keep our neighbor quiet and safe like it has been for years !
