Due to popular demand, we request an optional Yeet Mode where the CPR feedback changes from saying "Good Compressions" to instead saying "YEET" with each good compression.  Also, the defibrillator can only deliver the max amount of electricity (200 Joules) while in Yeet Mode.

Context: what is yeet?

  •  HowToGeek.org states: "If you want to respect the word’s concrete definition, you should exclaim “YEET!” as you throw or push an object, or when you forcefully run into an obstacle. Keep in mind that its effectiveness rests on self-confidence. If you aren’t confident in your throwing abilities, you should use yeet sparingly.

In summary, there are few better applications of the word Yeet than when forcefully pressing on a patient's sternum in cardiac arrest (CPR), in order to create potentially life-saving perfusion.

Yeet Mode would provide appropriate continuous feedback and while also psychologically energizing the compressor in a cardiac arrest, and it is entirely possible that this might change outcomes for the better, given our understanding that high quality CPR is the backbone of a resuscitation attempt.
