There have been reports on twitter that thousands of people have placed gift orders as early as October for Christmas. These orders have still not been dispatched and Zavvi are refusing to answer customers, they just send an automated response leaving many people without their orders and unable to get a refund to buy replacements. Please sign this petition to try to force Zavvi to respond to people, action refunds or get orders shipped out asap!
