Zamtel; its time you gave us an official explanation!

Its not a new thing that Zamtel services are poor; network coverage, Internet services, call center and customer care services to name a few. I feel its an obligation of everyone especially Zambian citizen to speak out when things are not in order.
I am a Zamtel customer just like thousands of people out there and i know if i have experienced these then so have many. It does not really make any sense that one should wait 10 minutes even 15 minutes just to speak to an agent, some of the times they dont even pick up calls just cut and you are asked to choose if you are satisfied or not.
Why should places like Luanshya (to name a few towns) have little to no network coverage and access to the Internet? Why should Internet speeds on your phone be at an avarage of 80 kbps on a 3G network? I am Zambian and a Zamtel customer for that matter and i feel these are things that should be made clear to the public. These services if improved will benefit almost every Zambian as well as help to improve our country and our lives.Please sign and share so that we can hear what should be said.
