Many times a day, animals are getting abandoned by their owners. Thrown away, like they're useless products. They just get left on the streets with no way to help themselves , left at the mercy of this cruel world. They want their forever homes but then get ripped away from it at the blink of an eye. Pulsing with care and love but being met with harsh words and stone cold hearts.

Animals are infesting the streets with diseases, malnourishment , and any other bad things you could think of. They need people, homes to treat them well with the love and care they deserve. This is why animal shelters should be built. They should be built to prevent the streets from becoming unhygienic and to be a safe space for the animals that are there.  2 million dogs are stolen each each year from the streets in the u.k.

The animals that do go to animal shelters , often get treated worse than before. Resources are running out. More animals are being left out on the streets causing the capacity to become low. We need more facilities and funding from the government in order to create these shelters to be the shelters of the future. We need professionals to be part of the team , and providing those resources and training to future vets and zoologists whilst being beneficial for the animals as well.

People send their pets to these centres, wanting them to get the best for their life. And those pets so excited for the new chances of life but those are short lived. They end up getting put down, sent away, or even worse. Not even a chance to experience that second chance of life. A week ago, an article was presented around a vet in the uk having to put down 5 healthy dogs in animal shelters due to them running out of space. Heartbreaking, after all they went through. If that's not a reason to build more shelters then I don't know what is.

Space is running out, and animals are slowly dying for reasons we can't control. This needs to be changed. Sign this petition to give the change that the animals deserve.
