We are calling for a petition to appeal the sentence of Rogelio Ruiz Acosta, who raped a 8-year old girl. 

Acosta has just served 9 months out of 3 years sentence imprisonment to be lifted after 12 months. 

This is not how we serve justice to the rape victim and to the family who have suffered trauma and will bring this for the rest of their lives. 

What will the little girl’s future hold? We don’t know, but with the trauma she had we could only hope for the best. 

No one wants to experience this very heinous act, not to anyone’s daughter or child.
