Alec Flores was a 13 year old boy attending Franklin Elementary School. He was hit by a car one morning while walking to school, and later died in the hospital from his injuries. The person who struck Alec with her vehicle is Constance Addison, a 37 year old mother who fled from the scene of the crime with her three children present in the car with her, and was suspected to be driving under the influence.
