Elsagate is a rising issue in the Youtube community where unknown groups are responsible for uploading videos that contain inappropriate content for children. These videos usually contain popular cartoon characters dealing with themes like torture and suicide. This change will help raise awareness to Youtube to help remove such negative videos of their platform and have stricter guidelines on policies.
