1.) STOP: Cease and desist all copyright claims via 3rd party digital rights management companies pending technology solutions demonstration by YouTube or DRM's in question. (ie: AdRev, DistroKid, etc.)

2.) PUNISH: Institute a punishment system on false claims, NOT legitimate content creators.  Currently YouTube does not punish false claims via 3rd party digital rights managers (DRM).

3.) IDENTIFY: Identify & determine unfair dealings between criminally fraudulent copyright claimants and content creators.

4.) COMPENSATION: Establish damages for both lost revenue, labor invested & mental anguish where appropriate.

5.) BAN: Permanently ban YouTube accounts, connected emails, phone numbers and IP addresses for those individuals knowingly filing false copyright claims.

6.) REMOVE: Remove all copyright punishments both active and pending from fraud victim channels.

7.) RECTIFY: Restore channels terminated via false claims made by DRM's on behalf of fraudulent claimants and/or determine financial compensation for lost revenue due to false copyright claims.
