YouTube: Stop discriminating your small-scale content creators.

I am asking Google's YouTube, LLC to stop/reverse the discriminatory forthcoming changes it intends to make in February 2018 so that smaller channels/content-creators can have the leeway they are entitled to so they make the start they envisioned come to life.
Every content creator should have those equal opportunities to monetise their work, no matter what their target audience size is.
From long-term willful misuse of the US's DMCA and copyright claims system to the now newly implemented requirements specifically targetting small-scale content creators, YouTube/Google has become a platform that aims to cater the needs of a mere few and not the many and the masses.
