Make Youtube Copyright Policies less strict

Ever since YouTube came out in 2005, they've had very strict policies about copyrighted material. YouTube states: you may not use any content in your videos that you do not own rights to without permission from the original owner. Likewise you may not upload part or all of any copyrighted material without permission from the owner, crediting the owner, or stating Fair Disclaimer Use of the copyrighted subject matter.
This alone is NOT the problem - the problem lies within how far YouTube goes with their copyright policies.
For instance, YouTube has been known to pull videos from YouTube merely because somebody inadvertently played a song in the background of their video or advertently added a song or the instrumental to a song to their music video.
YouTube also has a tendency to mute or remove the audio from music videos, songs, and live performances, just because they weren't uploaded by the original owner.
These are some examples just how flawed YouTube copyright policies are.
Blocking, removing, and removing audio from Youtube videos is unconstitutional as it imposes on people's rights, which is why YouTube's rules have got to be changed.
The time is now for us to change YouTube's outdated copyright policies!
EVERYONE: IF YOU'RE PISSED OFF WITH YOUTUBE AND AGREE THAT THEY'RE BRING UNREASONABLE, THEN DON'T JUST STAND THERE. SIGN THUS PETITION! LET'S DO SOMETHING TO FIX THIS!!!!!!!
Lets all come together and help make youtube more lenient place.
Let's make change for the better.
See a need, fill a need!
