40% of the female population under 18 have gotten pregnant. That's around 60 million people (60,000,000)

Many people think "It could never happen to me or my future children" But thats wrong. Teens are going to have sex. It's in our biology. Animals including monkeys starting at less then 4 years old. 

Most teens go behind there parents back. It's part of growing up. Teens feel the need to venture off creating there own path in life. 

I am creating this petition to make condoms and birth control more widely avalible. Condoms should be at convenient stores for free so that a teen or wjo ever can just walk down the street and use protection.  While birth control should be ober the counter and expensive. Even with condoms there is still a chance of pregnancy. Doing this can not only slow down the constant increase of population and have less abortions and kids and babies in group homes or being raised by abusive therapist. Only good can come out of this.
