There is currently a political divide between whether or not climate change is real and if it is going to have an effect. Why is it that politicians have the power to decide that climate change is not real? We need to listen to science. Science has told us that we are in the middle of a global climate crisis and there is little time to act on this issue. We need a clean and sustainable world for all people. What is the point of high schoolers continuing education if our leaders chose to deny those who are educated. 

So, I need high school students across the state of Alabama to come together and sign this petition. Your signature will be a representation of a collection of students across Alabama who want to come together to show we believe science and understand that climate change DOES exist.The more we stick together, the better chance we have of creating a better future for ALL people.
