Solution....start from home...no dustbin means....plastic polythene to make ECO BRICK( BY using plastic bottle to be filled by polythene wrappers to make ECO brick)..making of compost out of wet waste...recycling of other junk items through junk dealers...and dirt to fill flower pots..
