Social Change for Child Refugees

Currently, Australia is in breach of several articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Under Article 9 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, "No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile". Yet there are 1,852 people in immigration detention facilities, this includes 104 children in immigration detention facilities and 331 children in community detention that are forced to grow up in harsh and inhumane conditions. Innocent children that are being locked away without reason.
Australia needs to remove these impressionable children, and their families, from these influential detention centres as soon as possible.
If you believe that innocent children, and their support systems (family), should be entitled to adequate food/water, clothing, shelter and education. Please sign this petition.
