In recent years, Seoul, South Korea has been struggling with microdust pollution.  Many students take public transportation or walk to school, and this can have lasting effects on their health. Many already complain about headaches, throat sores, and chest pain due to pollution. Other international schools such as Korea International School, Seoul Foreign School, and Chadwick International have canceled days due to the air quality, while Yongsan Int'l School haven't. For the students' health and safety, students should be made to stay home from school when the air pollution levels reach over 180.
