We would like to bring this to your kind attention that we are not able to pay the Hostel fees on this short notice. 

A letter dated 04.04.2020 is also released by DM office, Gautam Budh Nagar stating that no student should be forced to submit any college charges during lockdown period or otherwise till the situation goes back to normal. Hereby, I request you to grant us some sort of relief on the same. 

To bring to your notice, 
We have not used electricity since March.
We have not used the mess facilities.
We have not used the support staff facility to clean our rooms.

We request SHARDA UNIVERSITY to grant some relief and not consume entire fees for any baseless reasons as businesses were closed and salary cuts have happened and that makes it very difficult for everyone to pay such a large amount of fees during these difficult times. Also, the premature closure of campus and the subsequent declaration of summer vacations, a major portion of fees already paid for the hostel facilities remains unutilized.

Today we got a notice to vacate the hostel for no specific reason. No one new is going to come to hostel until the colleges reopens. Its is a pandemic and we except some kind of consideration from the HOSTEL DEPARTMENT.  There is no surety that the belongings will be even kept safe or not. Students have their entire career's hardcopy of results, certificates in the rooms. How are you all planning to keep a surety of this all? Students have their valuable belongings in the hostel rooms and we cannot trust staff, officers or anyone else to vacant it. This is an infringement of our rights to privacy. 

It is our humble request to SHARDA UNiVERSITY to not stress out the students during the pandemic. 
PLEASE CONSIDER OUR REQUEST TO GIVE US HOSTEL FEE RELIEF AND NOT VACANT THE ROOMS.
