YES on Prop 34: Replace California’s broken death penalty system.

(Please watch and share short funny film above) The death penalty is no laughing matter, but when you learn that the death penalty will drain $1 billion dollars of taxpayer money over the next 5 years because it costs more to put someone on death row than it is to keep them in prison for life, it's obvious that the death penalty in California is broken. Prop 34's impact on public safety? Voting YES on Prop 34 will direct $100 million dollars to local law enforcement to solved unsolved rape and murder cases -- thereby making our communities safer. On top of all this, the US has sentenced 140 innocent people to death since 1973. Replacing the death penalty will insure an innocent person will never be executed. VOTE YES on Prop 34 to replace the death penalty with life in prison without the possibility of parole.
