Bring Callisto to our community @ Vassar (Anti-sexual assault reporting program)

We at Yes! feel unsafe at Vassar College and are disappointed by current administrative systems of sexual assault response and prevention. Yes! needs your help to enact comprehensive, survivor-centric reporting and resource systems. We hope to create these systems by bringing Callisto, a third-party sexual assault reporting and resource program, to our community.
About one in every three students will be sexually assaulted during their time at Vassar. Due to our current inadequate response systems, most students do not file a formal report. Only 10% of cis females, 6% of cis males, and 25% of non-cis identifying victims have filed an official report. In the past five years, only five students have been expelled for rape and/or sexual assault.
Yes! is working to bring Callisto to our community in order to completely rebuild sexual assault response and resource protocol on campus. Callisto is $18,000 for the first year and $15,000 for each following year. We must raise $9,000 to match the administration's pledged contribution of $9,000 to bring Callisto to Vassar.
Callisto is a third-party web sexual assault response software program that provides survivors with a private space to document and/or report their experiences. Callisto’s matching system allows survivors to elect to have their self-reports sent to the Title IX Office only if another survivor submits information about the same perpetrator.
Further action: Consider sending an email to Interim President Jonathan Chenette in support of Callisto (email@example.com).
