I got a few calls from yelp's sale representative person to advertise for my new business. This was my first time doing business with this company. We talked and I signed up with this company, I thought if it's a well known company, I'll get local clients and thought it was a legit company.

I felt for this sale representative manipulation with his scam saying that he gives me promotional advertising with $900 in the accounts, that it won't be charged until the trial period runs out. When time comes two weeks later, I got charged for a bill forv$339.03 that was for the two weeks trial period. I thought that he was assured me it was for free.

He told me to give him my credit card and suggested me to use the daily per click, average people was using. When I saw the bill, I called back and spoke to the same sale representative that was selling me the advertisement. I told him that he was lying to me and it was unethical for selling the advertisement that I don't need for my page.

I told him I wasn't signed up for this much. I requested him to just refund me half of the cost that was charged. He told me he couldn't do it. I told him this is unethical, you mislead small business owners to sign up to advertise at your company that was thought for free. You suppose to tell people the price that they are signing up for and you shouldn't tell them it was for free.

He told me, you canceled your account right in time. I went back into my account to delete my whole account and want to clear my credit card out of the account. The page was still running, I couldn't delete it completely, and the credit card I couldn't remove it out. I went on to BBB to file for a complaint, I looked up the company is not affiliated with yelp. The only thing I can do is to write a review. I looked up there were more than 1000-100000 of small business owners got scam and got decieved by this company during this pandemic.

I don't want anyone else to go through like me and many more people got tricked, scam or scheme, and get hurt by this company again. I want to get the Justice for not only myself, but for other small business owners not go through or deal with this kind of problems during this pandemic or hardship with finances.
