Yossel Roshier started this petition to Year 11 and 12 students and

With the Covid-19 pandemic, most subjects have had a decent reduction in workload and content, whereas History has only had a small adjustment. As probably one of the top 5 content heavy subjects in VCE, I and other History students have come to the conclusion that it would be unfair to examine VCE History students on their content without some sort of small adjustment to make it equal to previous years.

That's why I call on VCAA to allow all History students a single sided A4 sheet of notes into their 3/4 exam.

This will allow us to retain information and give us the opportunity to perform better, since History is memorisation and application of historians to different historical events and this year has been increasingly disrupted, stopping myself and others from performing how we usually would because we're not able to learn and memorise the information normally.

I urge all Australian History and History: Revolutions students to sign this petition, as well as other VCE students who sympathise with our predicament.
