It makes no sense to
-have no library in Inwood in the meantime
-break the habit/familiarity of a library for this generation (getting pulled into games and gadgets ever deeper)
-allow a developer to decide what kind of replacement we'd get
-"sell" such a community asset to pay off a zoning easement sure to enrich the developer.
