Water's Edge HOA bylaws currently state the only yard signs allowed are " for sale" signs. The purpose of this petition is to amend the bylaws to allow yard signs such as, but not limited to: graduation,  academic achievements,  and other proud parent milestones. The intent is not to allow advertisement signs.  The purpose is to allow parents  and families to show support for their children for a period not to exceed 30 days prior or post event (whichever is applicable).
