We the fans of the New York Yankees demand that the team and in particular General Manager Brian Cashman remove Andrew Heaney and Brooks Kriske from the active roster, and replace them with Luis Gil and Clarke Schmidt.

Heaney and Kriske have consistently under-performed this season, and are solely responsible for multiple losses that the team has suffered this season. The team is currently in position to make the post-season as a Wild Card team, and we feel that keeping these two players on the team will be a hindrance on the teams success based on prior results from these two players.

We are demanding that both Luis Gil and Clarke Schmidt be called up to the active 27 man roster from the minor leagues to replace these two.

Gil has achieved great results at the MLB level as he has yet to give up an earned run in over 15 innings of pitching.  Schmidt has come back from injury this year and has been ranked a top 100 prospect in all of baseball for the past two seasons.

Us fans feel that Gil and Schmidt will better position the team towards having success this season than having Heaney and Kriske on the roster.  We look forward towards these moves and the teams success.
