After speaking to several other roofing company owners/managers it has turned out a fact that all of the roof installers are coming from the Atlanta market and charging us Atlanta pricing. It is my goal to make Xactware (owner of Xactimate) change the Carrollton price list to equal the Atlanta price list as this is what they are supposedly doing every month. Xactware is supposedly checking to see what the current labor and materials are costing us every month in all areas of America, but for some reason the Carrollton price list does not reflect our labor cost.  Xactware has all zip codes in the Carrollton price list less than the price list of Atlanta, and we are all hiring crews out of Atlanta in which they are charging us Atlanta pricing.
