Communities north of Cairns need better access to medical facilities starting with access to a local X Ray clinic centrally located in Mossman to serve all surrounding communities.  No one should be subjected to the drive to Cairns if they are in pain from a broken limb or even if it is a routine medical necessity, there should local access to X rays.
