LGBTQ Rights for Wyoming

Currently, LGBTQ persons in Wyoming are subject to discrimination in the workplace, housing and legal rights.  Encourage lawmakers to move forward with giving LGBTQ persons protections that are afforded to persons based on race, religion, age, disability or nationality under Federal Law. Wyoming touts itself as the "Equality State", but how can that claim be made in good faith when Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual or Transgender persons can be legally fired or evicted based on this status. Discrimination is legal in Wyoming folks....in "The Equality State". House Bill 230 will advance workplace protections for LGBTQ persons. House Bill 289 ensures LGBTQ couples are clearly entitled to spousal and parental rights. Sign this petition to support REAL Equality in Wyoming and end this blatant discrimination. Let your representatives know you support legislation that gives our LGBTQ friends, family, neighbors and co-workers the rights that they deserve.
