""JUSTICE FOR ANTHONY"!

 On August 22, 2022 my son Anthony was taking his normal routine walk. Anthony was struck by a car driven by a man named Bryan Ciccone a sales clerk at Kia of Cheyenne. Bryan told police that he had been partying all weekend. Went to work that Monday morning. Ended up passing out on the bathroom floor at work. Was awaken by his co- worker and was sent home. 

Anthony was walking down Lincolnway when he was struck by Bryan's car going 47mph. Bryan was arrested and posted bail the very next day.  

Meanwhile my son Anthony broke his T1, T2, C6 and C7 which decapitated him. He died a week later at Cheyenne Regional Medical Hospital...

Bryan was never rearrested after the death of my son. He had stipulations to his bond which he failed on numerous occasions. But his bond was never revoked. 

He was offered a plea deal, if he plead guilty. He can serve 4 months in county jail and 10 year's probation. 

WHERE'S THE JUSTICE FOR ANTHONY? ⚖ 

This Monday the 19th of December at 1:30 pm in district Court. Mr. Ciccone will plea guilty. But in the state of Wyoming many people who commit murder get off with a light sentence, like probation.

 I need support of my community to come to the or write grievance letters and to show up to court when the judge renders his sentence at a later date.
