Tiara Durham started this petition to Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment

On behalf of the Wynnefield Residents on the 2300 and 2400 block of Bryn Mawr Ave, and in conjunction with the Wynnefield Residents Association (WRA), WE ASK FOR YOU TO STAND WITH US IN STRONG OPPOSITION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF 18 TOWN HOMES ON THE 2400 BLOCK OF BRYN MAWR AVE, PHILADELPHIA. We have many concerns. The major concerns are:

  • HOME VALUE DEPRECIATION
  • INCREASED TRAFFIC FLOW
  • REDUCTION IN STREET PARKING OPPORTUNITIES FOR CURRENT RESIDENTS - Possible addition of 20-40 CARS in a single block
  • NEGATIVE IMPACT TO RESIDENTS ON Bryn Mawr Ave.,  51st St. and other surrounding streets
  • NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE CHARACTER AND CHARM OF THE COMMUNITY
  • INCREASE IN STUDENT HOUSING

Please take a stand against the proposed development of 18 town homes on the 2400 block of Bryn Mawr Ave, Philadelphia by attending the WRA Zoning meeting and voting “NO”!

The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 5th at 6:00 PM, John C. Anderson Cultural Center, 5301 Overbrook Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19131
