More and more people are locked out of home ownership due to the increase in the investor market. If loans and tax incentives were reduced to investors then homeownership will be a future for all.

If this is not given a priority then there will be a great divide in the Australian economy of ‘have’s and have nots.’ Future generations will suffer and affordability will be a thing of the past.
