Mr. Sandow cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase on John Cena October 28th, 2013. However, John Cena prior to the match had been assaulted and he was visibly unable to use his left arm. He should not have been cleared to compete and any competent doctor would not have cleared him. The WWE's doctor are not incompetent and just a year ago, they saved Jerry Lawler's life. They know what they're doing and thus Cena should not have been cleared to compete.
Furthermore, in the past we have seen a Money in the Bank contract match voided due to the fact the champion wasn't cleared to compete. In 2011, Daniel Bryan cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on the World Heavyweight Champion at the time, Mark Henry. The match happened and Bryan successfully defeated Henry. Following the match, Bryan was forced to give back the title to Henry and he was given back his Money in the Bank contract as Henry was not cleared to compete. The match was erased from the history books.
Therefore, the match between Mr. Sandow and John Cena should be stricken from the record and Mr. Sandow should be given back his Money in the Bank contract, to be used at a later time of his choosing.
