For the past few years (feels like a decade) a dark cloud has fallen over WSU televised sporting events.  I am of course referring to the Pizza Squirrel TV advertisement.  While legions of Cougs cheer on their team, there joy is interrupted but this never ending ad.  At first it was cute, even the first 100 times, but then it became a lasting symbol of wasted marketing opportunities.  It stands as a blemish to the long proud dynasty of the "Go Cougs" ads.  In the past we powered Jet engines, feed starving people, cured disease.  Now we advertise that we have a fast food eating rodent.  No more I say!! President Schultz you did not bring this plague upon us, but only you can save us.  Please replace it with anything.
