Title IX is in place to protect students from gender discrimination, including sexual harassment and assault. The catch? Almost no one knows about it when they report discrimination to their schools, and it takes even longer to realize it is an option. 

The Women's Student Union wants Westside High School and other schools to have copies of title ix reporting forms available in all administrative offices. Administrators and teachers should also be able to recognize when the incident calls for a report immediately. Students should not have to ask when we are the ones going to them for help.
