Students have not received allowances for two years now. Is that fair? Wrseta claims it helps students from disadvantaged backgrounds but students are starving. Why are these allowances not paid yet? The academic year has started months ago and yet we still sitting with the same situation. These allowances must be paid as soon as possible!!!
