My daughter was falsely accused of the death of her boyfriends daughter. But evidence shows it to be another person, who has had previous bouts with cps. But because they’re agencies failed my daughter sits behind bars for the last 2 years awaiting trial. Even with witnesses statements pointing to another person . There is proof of a possible cover up, while the actual murderer walks the streets freely. Please anyone I need help ! My daughter is innocent and her previous lawyer said she shouldn't have even been arrested. This is not fair. And she remains on 23 hour lock down for what! Please she remains in Denton County Jail in Denton,Texas.
