Cynthia Woolf started this petition

323 years for 5 robberies in a short time with an unloaded bb gun at age 24.

His 2 jury trials were in the "Fishback" timeframe when the juries were not informed of "no parole in Virginia".

Legislation was passed on April 22, 2020, to correct this injustice.

He is now being denied a parole hearing because he committed 3 or more robberies allegedly in violation of VA statute 53.1-151 under the 3 strikes law by the Department of Corrections; however, the 3 strikes law clearly states that it deals with prior incarcerations.

He was not previously incarcerated in the Department of Corrections for any crimes that violate the Statute, thus making ineligible.

No one is willing to look into this; he continues getting the denial letter, not addressing the issues presented.  This same Statute was misinterpreted by the Department of Corrections denying 262 inmates their parole eligibility for 30 years before it was rectified by the Parole Board in 2018, reinstating their parole.
