Wrongfully Convicted. Became an unwilling participant out of fear of losing his own life.
There are so many stories about those that have been wrongfully Convicted. A sad reality that plagues the Judicial System. My cousin is unfortunately serving life without parole. He was Convicted of two counts Capital Murder, one count of 1st Degree Murder and a Aggregated malicious wounding charge. All charges are based on two separate incidents Months apart. There were a total of five others involved with this case.
(1) Medical Examiners autopsy report of one of the victims was from a stab wound to the back. His transcripts states who inflicted that deadly blow.
(2) A Prosecutions witness testimony that was used against the actual perpetrator can prove my cousin was blocks away during the start of this tragedy.
(3) My cousin has two affidavits from one of the codefendents, that speaks on my cousins behalf. The information may be used as new evidence.
(4) My cousin was forced to participate in acts against his will. Forced to use a gun or be killed himself had he declined to do so. My cousin was under Duress and Coerced throughout this entire case, as well as the forced plea he had to take. Join in our Fight in seeking Justice, for a new trial or a Pardon/Clemency. An in depth rendition of my cousins story can be read on his FaceBook page by entering his name, Nathaniel B. Robinson.
Thank you for joining the fight for my cousin,
Sincerely Germaine Payne
