Why this petition matters

Started by Loretta Davenport

My son was charge, Convicted and sentenced to 4 life  + 49 years of crimes he did not commit. Rape of his Granddaughter, Aggravated Child molestation, Child molestation and child exploration. he was set up by his girlfriend's sister and made the children say he did these things, his granddaughter got on the stand and said it didn't happen, One of the girls got up and said it was all a set up and they were paid to tell the story. The Judge and ADA knew people on the jury, My son had a tattoo on his chest and the ADA went to county jail and got someone to write a letter saying he put it on him (not true) I had an interview with the ADA in July 2018, he threw a picture across the table at me and ask if that was my son, I said no, because the person in the picture had a bare chest. My son is very hairy, he then stated the interview was over, I then  walked out in the hall and a lot of people began to leave ( they were potential jurors) His attorney said no one showed up for jury selection (how doe that many people not show up) I am in very poor health and he was always there to help me. I need him home, he is innocent and I can prove it, given the chance. His first attorney was a public defender, The judge said get a paid attorney and I paid $31500.00 for one that told me my son was coming home, And telling my son to take a plea deal, He did not because he is innocent Then that attorney took a position as attorney for the state, Then they brought in an attorney from another county with two year experience in Divorce, and the ADA from another county that knew the foreperson on the jury and also another ADA knew her and said she was related to his wife's cousin and they Had Dinner at her home several times, The DA came in and said we have one shot at this let's take it. Please Please help me help him
