Greetings everyone, My name is Laquila and my brother name is Marcil Mccowen located in high desert state prison. Long story short my brother was 18 back in 1995. He was convicted for murder when he was in the right for self defense. The victim came to where he was at. My brother was hooking up a stereo and the victim and his friend parked in a different building approached my brother. The victim ans my brother exchange words the victim hit my brother upside the head with a Brady bottle and he pulled out a gun on my brother they struggled over it my brother shot him in the neck and he got life. How is that possible when the victim came to where he was at and started a fight with him he deserves to be free he has been behind bars 22 years. Please sign
